The horrific terror attack at Le Bataclan in Paris shook up a lot of bands last fall, with some cautiously continuing to tour in Europe despite the general unrest and others deciding to adhere to safety concerns both for themselves and their audiences by dropping out of tour dates. Foo Fighters were among the acts who decided it was time to head home, bowing out of their shows in Italy and Paris, but the band is currently in a legal battle with their insurance company over the costs incurred by the cancellations.

According to TMZ, Foo Fighters have filed suit against Lloyd's of London, claiming that the insurance company has not made good on the "terrorism" clause in their insurance policy. The terrorist attack occurred on Nov. 13 and the band called off their Nov. 14 show in Turin, Italy and their Nov. 16 date in Paris.

In addition, TMZ reports that the band's website was hacked with images of an ISIS flag, an automatic weapon and the words "Be prepared" the day after the Paris attacks occurred.

According to the group, Lloyd's of London was supposed to make good on the losses from the cancellations, but have not payed up as expected.

After a heavily busy 2015, Foo Fighters have taken the year off from touring in 2016. When discussion of a hiatus led to breakup rumors, the band trolled everyone with a hilarious video where they replaced Dave Grohl with Nick Lachey while the singer went solo as an EDM artist.
