Fan Generated Questions to be the Basis of New Web Series: Ask the Band

"Ask the Band" is a new web series that features interviews with different national bands but the questions are all generated by you, the fan. Simple enough, we name the band, you supply the questions, the band answers the questions and we post them on our website for the whole world to see.

The first band we plan to focus on is Soil. Soil features Ryan McCombs, Adam Zadel, Tim King, and Jon Wysocki. Soil has been around since the late 90's and have made recent headlines in the music world with the return of their original singer, Ryan McCombs. You might remember McCombs leaving the band to join Drowning Pool. Well, as luck would have it, McCombs departed Drowning Pool and is now back with Soil. I love Drowning Pool and all they have done, but personally, I feel McCombs' vocal style, songwriting, and personality best fits Soil.

Soil recently recorded a UK show for their first ever live CD+DVD entitled "Re-LIVE-ing The Scars IN LONDON" and that package is due out on Tuesday, May 8th.
