Gary James, the owner of Gary's Chicaros in Enid, OK, is facing criticism after comments were made to a former customer, who is now disabled.

He doesn’t like certain people of race, color, ethnicity.

James states he's been in business for over 44 years and the former customer, Matt Gard, turned a blind eye to the owner's choice of customers until recently.

“He doesn’t like certain people of race, color, ethnicity," Gard told KFOR. "“Now, he tried to find a weak excuse not to let me in with my wheelchair or the weak excuse of having loud people with me.”

James however defended his choice to throw Gard out, saying he created an issue. "You create an issue, you’re out forever," James told KFOR. Gard referred to this issue as a "weak excuse" to kick him out because he is now disabled.

Gard and many other people have now taken to Facebook to spread the word that James' business practice are out of line. They claim that James refuses to serve African-Americans, Hispanics and people with disabilities and homosexuals.

“I really don’t want gays around. Any man that would compromise his own body would compromise anything,” said James.

Even the restaurant t-shirt is seen as offensive. The shirt contains derogatory slogans against homosexuals and threatens violent action against minorities, Muslims and democrats.

Well if you work, you own a business, pay your taxes, you’re more than welcome here. If you’re on welfare, stay at home and spend my money, there." James told KFOR.

UPDATE 7/12/14: Since this story aired, gay rights supporters have taken to Yelp to prank James and his restaurant by labeling it the best gay bar in northern Oklahoma.

Below is the video report from KFOR. We do warn you that the video does contain graphic language.
