Do You Ever Get A Case Of Barbie Leg?

I have the Barbie Leg right now.  It's happened to me any number of time over the years. Best I can remember, I even had this problem when I was younger.

I call this condition "Barbie Leg" because it feels like someone pulled my leg off and then stuck it back in. It's just this weird soreness all the way around the top of my leg. It gives me a bit of a limp too. It's also crazy in that it's not like there is a "moment" when it starts, as in when I sleep on it wrong or something. It just seems to come out of nowhere, hang on for an indeterminate amount of time, then it goes away again.

So, do you ever get the "Barbie Leg", or is just me?
