Charm City Devils: Man Of Constant Sorrow Video
If I may refresh your memories, “Charm City Devils” were the band that won the national contest to open Motley Crue’s “Carnival Of Sins” tour. Now they’ve covered one of the most unlikeliest of songs ever. You may know the song from the movie “Brother Where Art Thou” (sung by the fictitious “Soggy Bottom Boys”). The song was originally written in 1913. More after the jump.
This is what I would consider a perfect cover. They don’t loose any of the original melody and the music seems to always go in unexpected places (right when you think it’s going to go “over the top” it draws back and so forth). Check it out and let us know what you think.
