The holidays might be winding down, but that doesn't mean we can put our feet up and slip into a post-festivities food coma just yet. T-minus three days until New Year's Eve, and you know what that means-- it's time to get your party on!
When you think of the possible candidates for "Most Pirated Movie of 2012: (a dubious honor, to be sure), a few titles instantly spring to mind: 'The Avengers', 'The Dark Knight Rises', 'The Amazing Spider-Man', to name a few. But oddly enough, none of those major blockbusters top the list. No, the film that was pirated the most is one that, at this stage of the year, is something of an afterthought.

With 2012 coming to a close, it's time for the annual parade of year end lists. Most of these features will celebrate the best of the past 12 months. However, some of our favorite lists will point out the year's low-lights, because they make us feel better about all the times people screwed up in 2012.
If you were asked to name a popular New Year's resolution, what would you come up with? Lose weight, eat healthier, quit smoking, get out of debt, and so on. These are all great ideas, and most everyone has resolved to do at least one of these at some point in their lives. For many years, I resolved to simply 'make the next year better than the previous'. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn't. I suppose I should have made more specific points as I raised my champagne glass on January 1st. This year, I've decided to get more proactive with my resolutions, and look for a way to change my life that is attainable, complete with a game plan. Unlike American pretty boys Ryan Seacrest and Anderson Cooper and their fancy stages, the mustachioed newsman was down on the street among the revelers, which became a problem as the crowd began encroaching on his live shot with all their hooting and hollering.
Finally, when one particularly obnoxious reveler got a little to close to Sahi, the reporter’s instincts took over and he turned and cold-cocked the space invader with a viscous microphone punch to the snout.
