Listen everyone, there's a huge dilemma on hand. The 4th of July is only a day away, and we have one question for you: what the heck are you gonna wear?! If you're like us and have zero idea, don't panic. We're here to help.
It's been along time since I had to worry about a prom dress so when someone asked me the other day where they could get one in Abilene I had no idea what to tell them. I decided there were probably a lot of others out there with the same question. So I did a little research and here's some place I found in Abilene that sell prom dresses.
We all want to look our best so when the new season of fashion's rolls around it's time to re-evaluate our wardrobe. Maybe we keep some of the pieces we already have, maybe we add a few accessories or maybe we do a complete overhaul. Here are a few of the new things to look for this Spring.
It's hidden in the back of my closet. It's been there for years. It gets mail delivered; it's that established. For four years it has maintained residence, because it managed to make it through the move from the old house. It was the first shirt hung in the new closet, because it was the first shirt out of the box, because it was the last shirt in the box after an hour of deliberation that concluded with "you never know when I'll need this shirt."
I'll start off by saying these shoes or rather what I first called them "foot gloves" are not really new, the fact is they have been around for over 12 years now, but only those in the know have had access to this fine Italian footwear. The concept of a "foot gloves" with articulated toes were introduced in 1999. The Glove Shoes or as the inventor/designer called them "Five-Fingers" were the brainchild of Italian designer Robert Fliri. Today, they are called Minimalist Shoes or Skele-Toes.
I don’t usually pay close attention to what other guys are wearing, but the other day I couldn't help but notice the footwear on my coworker, Chaz. He happened to be sporting a pair of checkered Vans. You may remember it as the shoe that Jeff Spicoli (Sean Penn) used to thump himself in the head in the 1982 classic film “Fast Times At Ridgemont High”. Now, 30 years later, Chaz is sporting them on Casual Friday at the office.
