'Fast Five' attempted - and quite successfully I might add - a reboot of sorts for the entire 'Fast and Furious' franchise, turning a series of movies about car racing into one exciting heist film. It was big and brash and sweaty and a complete success. So where do you go from there? 'Fast and Furious 6' attempts to answer that question by adding an -er suffix to all those adjectives above. Bigger, brasher, sweatier.
'Fast and Furious 6' is like 'Fast Five' on nitrous - director Justin Lin hits that proverbial turbo boost to go bigger, faster, stronger - and at times, that is a great thing. But when the NOS runs out, the drag race just turns into a drag.
The word "drama" gets a bad rap. Lots of single people will say that they "hate drama" and want to steer clear of it; I make every effort to steer clear of those people. While I'm certainly not a fan of unpleasant life events, there are some kinds of drama that are pretty great.
While wasting time on Twitter I came across a tweet from Colt McCoy that caught my eye. All he said was "I watched this live. Incredible", then included a link to a video. Well, apparently McCoy and friends were on a hunting trip when one of the hunters caught a bird with his hands. That bird was in flight.
The former Jim Ned/UT star was right, it was incredible.

I swore that wouldn't happen again. So, here's the list for the services that will be taking place in Abilene. That said, I'll see you there I'll be the one with the air-horn in hand.
'Mission: Impossible 5' is quickly moving forward now that Tom Cruise has signed the dotted line for a fourth sequel. And to speed things up, 'Iron Man 3' screenwriter Drew Pearce has been brought in to pen the latest installment.
We've been so busy covering the major (and ongoing) network TV stories of the past week that we almost didn't notice one of the more bizarre and intriguing nuggets of news to come out of 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's upcoming ninth season. Specifically, it appears that 'Game of Thrones' showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss plucked their pens out of Westeros long enough to write an upcoming episode! The Wolfpack gang take a long, hard look at themselves and where their journey has taken them in this featurette for 'The Hangover Part 3.'

Warner Brothers has had their sights on a remake of Sam Peckinpah's western masterpiece 'The Wild Bunch' for quite some time, and they may have found their perfect leading man in Will Smith, who's looking to produce and star in their contemporary version.
We haven't seen very much from FX's summer offering 'The Bridge,' adapting the Danish/Swedish drama of the same name, apart from the eerie 'No Country For Old Men'-style teasers. That all changes with the border patrol drama's first trailer, but will 'The Bridge' prove exciting enough to cross over viewer interest? Check out our first real look at 'The Bridge' inside!
