Canadian Restaurant Staffed with Entirely Deaf Waitstaff

Dining out and learning a new language is all the rage at a restaurant in Canada. That new language; sign language. This particular restaurant hires waiters/waitress who are deaf and communicate with sign language.The restaurant is called 'Signs' and is touted as the place where 'noise meets silence'. The menus are written with sign language icons included so you can order and communicate with your waitstaff using their native language.

Anjan Manikumar is the brain child behind the restaurant and it's unique experience. The restaurant not only gives the patrons a new experience it also employs a whole new workforce that usually goes untapped in this line of business.
