Canadian Police Have Best Car Chase Ever

This video was posted on Facebook and I watched it 3 or 4 times and laughed so hard I was almost crying. I didn't realize it was about 5 years old. Humor never gets old so I decided to share it anyway.

There is a police chase in Canada, in the snow.

First of all as a 'perp' (that's what they call bad people) you probably shouldn't try to commit a crime in a snow storm without the proper vehicle.

Second, as a po-po (that's the good guy) you should be better prepared than said perps in order to keep the streets safe.

In this case neither is prepared so they are on even playing ground and may the best man win.

My question is this...why didn't they just walk over and arrest them?
