Brent Musburger Introduces Himself as Kirk Herbstreit on ESPN’s Coverage of BCS Championship Game

In TV, you know you rely on the teleprompter way too much when you read someone else’s lines and introduce yourself as someone else. Well, either that, or the guy really wanted to be his younger counterpart.

At the beginning of last night’s coverage of the BCS Championship, ESPN commentator Brent Musburger began by introducing himself as his co-commentator, Kirk Herbstreit.

Who knows, maybe this was some sort of voodoo hex that Musburger put on Auburn, as they ended up losing to Florida State in the final seconds of the game.

Regardless, it’s pretty funny to see these high-priced celebs screw up just like us regular folk.
