If you're looking to talk to your buddies about your launch day exploits on the PlayStation 4 through the console, you'll be saddened to learn you can't.

An article on Game Informer talks about a note they received from Astro Gaming that said  its headsets won't work for chatting purposes on the PlayStation 4 at launch.

Sony itself said that Sony-branded headsets, PULSE gaming headsets and elite PULSE gaming headsets will require a future system update in order to be used with chat functionality.

Additionally, bluetooth headsets won't work at all, but USB headsets will work in the future. Until then, we'll have to settle for radio silence when the PlayStation 3 launches on Nov. 15. We'll keep you updated on any new information that might become available about this issue.
