Black Sabbath Announce Late 2013 European Tour
Black Sabbath are slowly but surely adding to their tour itinerary. The metal masters, who have announced shows in Australia and at Ozzfest Japan this year, just tacked on a late 2013 run that will cover Europe.
The tour launches Nov. 20 in Helsinki, Finland, and will keep them on the road until the Dec. 20 finale in the band's hometown of Birmingham, England. Along the way, the group will also make stops in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Ireland and Scotland.
Black Sabbath also recently announced an Aug. 14 performance in Toronto, the first North American stop they've revealed so far. The band last played in North America as one of the Lollapalooza 2012 headliners.
The band will be promoting their '13' album, which is expected in stores on June 11. Singer Ozzy Osbourne recently told Australia's Triple M radio station, "The album is mind-blowing. That's how good it is. I'm so over the moon about the way the album turned out … It's better than my wildest dreams; it's so good."
