Chuck Armstrong

For as long as he can remember, Chuck has been crazy about rock and roll. His first concert was Def Leppard at the age of 6 - and the rest, as they say, is history. He's been on-air for one of the biggest rock radio stations in the country (you can call him F 'Em Up Chuck) and now he's enjoying life living in New York City. Keep on rockin' in the free world!

We've covered James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo by giving you our favorite live shots of those three members of Metallica. ‘Frantic’ – Story Behind the Song

In 2003, Metallica released their eighth studio album, a record that will forever carry with it much controversy. In this Video of the Week, we take a trip to Mexico City where we get to go backstage to see Metallica in one of their epic pre-show practice sessions, this time jamming on the instrumental, 'Orion.' As they wrap up the session, we're transported to the Sports Palace where the beginning of '...And Justice for All' kicks off to the sound of screaming fans.

Favorite Metallica T-Shirts

When you're a die-hard fan of any band, one of the coolest things you can buy is a t-shirt that commemorates your love for the music. Taking your hard-earned cash, slapping it down on the merchandise table and saying, "I'll take that black one in a large," is one of the best feelings in the world.

Metallica Perform ‘Escape’ For the First Time Ever – Video of the Week

On June 23, 2012, history was made for a number of reasons. That fateful Saturday marked the first day of a two-day festival created, organized and executed by Metallica, the first of its kind for the legendary rock band. Metallica headlined both days of the festival, known as Orion Music + More, making it the first time they ever performed in Atlantic City, N.J. For the 30,000 fans in attendance that first night, though, history was made for a much more important reason: Metallica played their classic album, 'Ride the Lightning,' in its entirety for the first time ever.
