Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Brings the Super-Soldiers in First “Repairs” Sneak Peek

Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘ has had a bit of hesitance in highlighting any actual superpowers, but that all comes to a head in next week’s midseason finale “The Bridge,” specifically Centipede’s head! After an earlier glimpse, it looks like Centipede will send in the super-soldiers to liberate the evil organization’s leader in the first clip from the episode!

Though we know very little about the character “Edison Po” or his “Girl in the Flower Dress” follower, next week’s all-new ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ will shine a light on the mysterious organization, with a little help from a returning J. August Richards. The first clip sees a number of super-soldiers liberating Edison from the prison we saw him in last, highlighting some serious super-strength along the way!

Says ABC of the initial half of “The Bridge”:

In a shocking cliffhanger episode, Coulson takes the war back to Centipede, and this time he brings in Mike Peterson for some super-soldier support. As they get closer to the truth, startling secrets are revealed and an unexpected twist threatens the team, on ‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,’ Tuesday, December 10.

Guest starring are J. August Richards as Mike Peterson, Ajani Wrighster as Ace, Ruth Negga as Raina, Rick Malambri as Brian Hayward, Molly McCook as Laura Hayward, Cullen Douglas as Edison Po, Rico Devereaux as prison guard and Albert Marrero Jr. as trainer.

You can check out the full opening clip of the episode above, but what do you think? Will ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ finally power up now that super-soldiers are in the mix?
