Abilene's Case Keenum will be the starting quarterback for the Houston Texans when the team takes on the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday, Coach Gary Kubiak announced on Monday.

Kubiak also stated that Matt Schaub is healthy and has returned to practice, but will back-up Keenum.

Keenum made his NFL debut in the 17-16 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs a couple of weeks back. Schaub was the starting QB the first 6 weeks of the season, but struggled worse than he ever has as he threw an interception returned for a touchdown in a NFL record 4 straight games.

"Matt's health is fine," Kubiak said. "It's a decision based on what I saw take place last week with Case."

Matt Schaub returned to practice but will be a backup this week."

Way to go Case! We're all rooting for you.
