With this week's Question of the Week, I asked you which type of grilling is better - propane, charcoal or wood?  After tallying the votes, 73% of you voted that grilling with wood was the best.

I would have to agree the the majority.  In my opinion, wood is just makes everything taste better - especially mesquite wood.  Sure, it takes a little longer to prepare the grill for cooking, but it's well worth the extra time.  Heck, part of the reason I love to cook out on the grill is the experience and the time.  I mean, kicking back with a cold one and some friends is what it's all about and if your BBQ is done in an hour, then that sort of takes away that time and the true art of grilling.

Then again, just plain cooking out on any grill is awesome.

If you like both, then do what we did for my Dad.  We bought him a propane/wood combo grill for Father's Day so now he'll get the best of both worlds.
